Saute the freshly chopped garlic in some canola oil.
Cut the bok choy into small stripes, add them to the garlic. Season with lemon juice and soy sauce, put a lid on top of the pot, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with pine nuts and sesame oil. Serve with meat-free beef crumbs and brown rice for a complete meal.
