Ingredients

It Only Takes A Few And Simple Steps

2 Tbs Canola Oil
1/2 Onion, chopped
3 Garlic cloves, chopped
2 Cups Cauliflower, chopped
1 Cup Mushrooms, chopped
2 Cups Water
1 Cup Unsweetend Soy Milk
1 Large Veggie Broth Cube
Fresh Pepper, Salt
3 Tbsp Curry powder
1 Tbsp Ginger powder

Instructions
Step No 1

Saute onions and garlic in oil for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute for another minute.

Step No 2
Add water, milk and cauliflower. Bring to a boil.

Step No 3
Add seasoning, turn heat down and let simmer for 10 minutes.
