Enjoy creamy berries on top of a nutty oatmeal base. It does not only taste delicious, you can actually prep it in advance and bring it with you for breakfast, as a post-Workout recovery fuel or as a snack.

Berries are high in healthy carbohydrates, fiber, vitamin C, iron and a great source of antioxidants. When comparing strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, strawberries and raspberries are the best source of fiber. Strawberries are highest in vitamin C, blueberries provide additionally lots of vitamin K and Mananese, and raspberries provide some extra vitamin B6 and Magnesium.


Whole Grains Are Essential in the Athlete’s Diet

1/2 Cup Strawberries
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Raspberries
1 Cup Almondmilk Yogurt
1/2 Cup Grated Almonds
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
Some sliced Almonds as a Topping

Prep Your Layers

Enjoy this Simple Delicious Breakfast

You will need a blender for the berries and a pan or bowl to heat up the oatmeal.

Layer #1

Blended Yogurt – Berries

Blend all 3 types of berries with the cup of Almond Yogurt.

Layer #2

Nutty Flakes

Mix the dry oatmeal flakes with the grated almonds. Pour the Almond milk over the Almond/ Oat mix. Heat up on a regular stove or in the microwave until nicely blended.

Final Step

Berry Yogurt on Top of Nutty Oats

Put your layers into a glass dish with a lid. Sprinkle with the sliced almonds as a topping. Can be refrigerated and kept for later.
