Do you like chocolate cake?
Here is a delicious, sugar-reduced chocolate cake with avocado and bananas. A lovely combination that gives the cake a great texture.
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (or split 1/2 C Spelt Flour/ 1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour)
4 Small Bananas
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
3 Tsp Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Milk
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
Step No 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/ 180 C. Get a silicone baking form ready.
Step No 2
Smash avocado and bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
Step No 3
Whisk together the remaining ingredients until combined.
Step No 4
Fill into silicone form, bake for 60 min at 350F/ 180C.
The cake can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days. Freeze slices for later.
