You will be surprise how delicious this gluten-free version of a traditional Cinnamon Swirl Bread recipe turns out. If you have read my recipes before, you already know that I love to turn traditional ones into a healthier version.

Most people feel like they still get to enjoy their loved bread they are familiar with. And don’t mind the little twist made by replacing some of the added sugar or fat.

Pick this healthy dessert if you like Cinnamon and Almonds.

Healthy Replacements

One Of My Favorite Gluten-Free Flours

Reduce the amount of fat by replacing the shortening with apple sauce. You can also reduce the amount of sugar, since the Almond flour and the apple sauce make it already sweet.

Choose brown sugar over white sugar. Instead of regular flour, use Almond flour to make it gluten-free.
